Optometric Physician
Dr. Soham Phatak was raised in the Charlotte/Huntersville area and is proud to call North Carolina home. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Phatak completed clinical externships focusing on private practice optometry, followed by an internship in ocular disease at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC, where he gained valuable experience managing complex eye conditions.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Phatak enjoys cheering on the Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers, playing guitar, and exploring new places through travel.
He is excited to be part of our team and is currently seeing patients at our Sherrills Ford and Denver locations.
