Optometric Technician

Job Description

  • Assist in the sales process and dispensing of eyewear.
  • Engage customers with exceptional service.
  • Assist with ordering and checking in lenses.
  • Perform patient work ups and scribe for doctors.
  • Assist with I&R for contact lens patients.
  • Calculate and explain insurance benefits for contacts.
  • Provides courteous, knowledgeable assistance to patients; inventory and other duties to promote efficient functioning of department. Resolves difficult customer problems.

Front Desk

Job Description

  • Interacting with our patients and helping create a wonderful experience in their visit.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Checking in and out patients.
  • Taking payments of services.
  • Communicating with other departments on patient needs.
  • Front desk associates handle multiple needs daily and multi-tasking skills is a requirement.

Optical

Job Description

  • Assist in the sales process and dispensing of eyewear.
  • Engage customers with exceptional service.
  • Assist with ordering and checking in lenses and glasses.
  • Take accurate measurements; aid in adjustments and repairs of glasses.
  • Calculate and explain insurance benefits for glasses and contacts.
  • Provides courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers; performs cashiering, stocking and other duties to promote efficient functioning of department. Resolves difficult customer problems.
